We don’t stop there. Our program introduces participants to trade skills, including metal fabrication and the operation of heavy machinery. The young people we work with learn to weld, grind, cut, and operate machinery like excavators, skid steers, and chainsaws—all in a safe, supportive environment. The goal is simple: give them the confidence and competence to step into the workforce with job-ready skills.

We take a holistic approach to personal development. The program kicks off with essential first aid and safety training and culminates in an overnight campout and presentation dinner, where we celebrate the achievements of each participant. This structured yet flexible format ensures that no one is left behind. We tailor each week to meet the needs of the group, allowing participants to learn at their own pace while still working towards a common goal.
