What We Do
A Structured Path to Success
Our programs span 30 contact days over an eight-week period, providing a balanced mix of learning, hands-on work, and community involvement. Each week is carefully structured to ensure participants gain a broad range of skills. From food safety and rural safety to metal fabrication and community volunteering, we cover everything young Australians need to build a solid foundation for their future.
We take a holistic approach to personal development. The program kicks off with essential first aid and safety training and culminates in an overnight campout and presentation dinner, where we celebrate the achievements of each participant. This structured yet flexible format ensures that no one is left behind. We tailor each week to meet the needs of the group, allowing participants to learn at their own pace while still working towards a common goal.
Empowering Through Education
Education is the cornerstone of our work at ReDirect Oz Ltd. We believe that by equipping young Australians with the right tools and knowledge, we can open doors to a brighter future. Our educational programs are designed to be practical and relevant, offering real-world skills that young people can use to improve their lives. From vocational training to personal development workshops, we cover all the bases, ensuring that our participants are well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
Our commitment to education goes beyond the classroom. We work with a network of community partners to provide ongoing support and opportunities for our participants. Whether it’s helping someone secure their first job or guiding them through legal and educational systems, we’re there every step of the way. Our goal is to create a support system that young Australians can rely on, helping them to not just survive, but thrive.
